Cosmic Encounter: Venus & Jupiter Will Pass Each Other On Monday

New York: The two planets are moving close together and will both be visible on Monday, November 13. The planets Venus and Jupiter will pass each other in the sky. Jupiter and Venus will pair up in the sky on Monday morning, shining brightly together shortly before sunrise.
The two planets will appear so close together that they may look like they are just one bright star rather than two planets. This is the closest these two planets will appear all year, an astronomical event known as a conjunction.

Gandhinagar: Defence Minister Nirmala Sitharaman on Saturday said the meeting of imprisoned Indian national Kulbhushan Jadhav with his wife will boost his morale.
“There are procedures. The meeting of Kulbhushan’s wife with him will increase his moral. We are trying our best to bring Kulbhushan Jadhav back to India,” she told the media.

Cabinet Approves NTA To Conduct JEE Main, NEET UG, CTET, UGC NET

 
New Delhi: The Union Cabinet chaired by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Friday cleared a proposal for creation of a National Testing Agency (NTA), to conduct national level entrance exams like JEE Main, NEET UG, UGC NET, etc.
At present Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) conducts nine diferent examinations which include the most coveted JEE Main conducted for undergraduate engineering programmes, NEET-UG conducted for undergraduate medical and dental programmes on behalf of Medical Council of India and Health Ministry, NET conducted on behalf of UGC.
