Heart attack can never happen over coffee!

Good news for people who drink coffee every day. People who drink three to five cups of coffee a day may have a lower risk of heart attack as they are less likely to develop clogged arteries that can lead to a heart attack.
Despite earlier concerns about a potential increase in heart disease associated with consuming coffee, through some analysis from 36 studies which has proved that moderate coffee consumption will eventually reduce the risk of heart related diseases. An International team of researchers in Seoul states that Coronary Artery Calcium (CAC) is an early indicator of coronary atherosclerosis, a potentially serious condition where arteries become clogged up by fatty substances known as plaques or atheroma and which can cause the arteries to harden and narrow, leading to blood clots which can trigger a heart attack or a stroke.
Well, if you are a coffee-addict, it is not so a bad news. Although with a pre destined belief coffee takes away sleep, with the age it compensates by reducing chances of heart attacks.

Professor Ashok k Shetty of Department of Molecular and cellular Medicine has been studying the potential benefit of resveratrol, an antioxidant that is found in the skin of red grapes, as well as in red wine, peanuts and some berries.
You’re probably familiar with the list of health benefits that red wine supposedly bestows. Resveratrol has been widely touted for its potential to prevent heart disease, but Shetty and a team that includes other researchers from the health science center believe it also has positive effects on the hippocampus, an area of the brain that is critical to functions such as memory, learning and mood.Peanuts
Because both humans and animals show a decline in cognitive capacity after middle age, the findings may have implications for treating memory loss in the elderly. Resveratrol may even be able to help people afflicted with severe neurodegenerative (is the umbrella term for the progressive loss of structure or function of neurons) conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease. Buckle up if you can. Consumption of red wine that will treat your memory and mood function improves undoubtedly in old age.
