Kolkata: The image was electrifying at the PC Chandra Lawns at Kolkata. Starting from electrifying Dhol Players to soul stirring folk performances and exclusive Bhaang counters, people engaged themselves in the stunning performance by DJ Harish and complimentary Thandai. The celebration was in the form of the Spanish Tomatina style. The Mad rain dance recreated the sense of madness in the lawns among the people.

People are coming in huge number to spend the weekend along with the festivity. Shantiniketan has laid the colours to everyone in the tunes of Rabindranath Tagore. The entertaining lawns of the city are playing the perfect host to the celebs and the common people for the celebration of the festival. The image of celebration was spotted in other states also. Keeping aside the caste and creed, smearing of colours were seen among the jawans at the borders. The Home Minsiter, Rajnath Singh was also seen playing Holi.
